ABOUT THE JOB: Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day activities to ensure the production department is running efficiently and meets the expectations and needs of Customers and Stakeholders. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Ensure that safety guidelines are always followed by workers • Provide immediate supervision to a group of operational employees in direct production and indirect support functions in an electrical and electromechanical manufacturing environment • Implement, supervise, and execute scheduled production plans • Coordinate workload and capacity requirements and work scheduling with teams • Develop, review, and maintain staffing requirements • Collaborate with engineers to evaluate current work tools, processes, tooling/equipment, and lean manufacturing concepts • Lead continuous improvement activities • Identify training needs related to safety, quality, new technologies and application tools WHAT YOU WILL NEED: • Bachelor’s degree • Experience in electrical or electromechanical manufacturing environment – nice to have • Minimum 3 years experience in leadership position in manufacturing environment with LEAN leadership principles • Fluent English & Polish language skills • Solid knowledge in Lean Management • Ability to quickly learn processes, equipment and tools used in specific areas of responsibility • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports / presentations of ongoing manufacturing processes • Solid communication skills - both written and verbal • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize day-to-day activities and issues within functional area • Excellent problem solving skills • Willingness to work in a two-shift system WHAT YOU WILL GAIN: • Salary range from 11 500 to 18 000 PLN gross – depending on experience • Advancement opportunities in international team • A total rewards package, that includes: private health insurance, life & accidental insurance • Multisport package • Meal Vouchers • Company performance bonus program • Work-life balance • PPK: Woodward offers payment to your PPK account up to 4% of your compensation depending on seniority • Educational support
