DoorDash Labs is building autonomous delivery robots and autonomy solutions. As an Operations Specialist in Autonomy Tech Support, you will ensure successful daily operations of the robot fleet and facilitate communication between Operations and Engineering teams to track and resolve field operations issues. What You'll Do • Serve as primary contact for escalated software and hardware issues encountered during autonomy operations and testing • Perform initial debugging and troubleshooting to capture important details, identify issues, and implement resolution and mitigation steps • Document new symptoms and failure modes that emerge in the field and collaborate with engineering to determine appropriate mitigation strategies • Use trend analysis to report and triage anomalies, bugs, and faults with necessary information to facilitate accurate Engineering investigation • Create resolution steps documentation and maintain knowledge base What You Need • Comfortable with Linux command line, GitHub, Jira, and Service software • Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex technical problems • Prior experience with autonomous vehicles and/or robotics • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends • Genuinely curious about how things work or why they don't
