Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee vessel operations and support the commercial team. This role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth voyage execution, and handling post-fixture tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of vessels in coordination with Masters, agents, charterers, and other stakeholders. Oversee voyage documentation, stowage planning, and bunker arrangements. Ensure timely and accurate handling of port calls, cargo operations, and voyage instructions. Monitor vessel performance and manage operational or performance-related claims. Coordinate freight, hire, and demurrage payments with the finance team. Support legal and insurance matters related to contracts and claims. Maintain clear communication and records to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping operations. Solid understanding of voyage execution, charter party terms, and shipping documentation. Strong communication and coordination skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
