The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership of the SIMOS operation. This position is accountable for safety, quality, service, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. The Operations Manager partners closely with the customer while leading supervisors and associates to achieve operational excellence through standard work, continuous improvement, and strong people leadership. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable spending the majority of their day on the warehouse floor coaching leaders, solving problems, improving processes, and building strong customer relationships.
