Private Surgical Hospital – Bristol
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus | Full Time, On-Site
Austin Dean Recruitment is proud to represent a cutting-edge, private surgical hospital in Bristol , renowned for its exceptional clinical standards and five-star patient experience. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager / Registered Manager to lead this world-class facility.
As the CQC Registered Manager (or someone eligible to become one), you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the hospital, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role ideal for a candidate with a strong background in private healthcare , particularly surgical services .
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the hospital’s operations and drive continued excellence in patient care.
• Oversee CQC compliance and regulatory standards.
• Develop and grow services, specialties, and business partnerships.
• Manage finance, HR, facilities, and service delivery across departments.
• Inspire and lead a high-performing clinical and non-clinical team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in senior management within a private surgical setting (essential).
• Strong background in business development and service growth.
• Solid understanding of CQC requirements and healthcare governance .
• A confident leader with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Existing CQC Registration is desirable but not essential.
