Credence has an immediate opening for an Operations Management (Facility Mgmt.) at the senior level to support the Operations Management (OM) Division (AFLCMC/WAO/WBO) provides support to both PEOs for the F&AA and WB Directorates under the umbrella of organize, train, and equip, providing a direct link between the Directorates with HQ AFLCMC, HQ AFMC, and installations at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. This support includes administrative functions such as freedom of information act, records management, training, awards and decorations, as well as oversight for Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology (IT), and Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) inventory. Additionally, the division provides direct facility support and human resource management for both Directorates. The division serves as the senior functional for all non-functionally aligned resources owned by both the F&AA and WB Directorates. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: Serve as the Real Property Building Manager (RPBM) and assist in providing care, custody, and protection of assigned real property in accordance with AFI 23-111, Management of Government Property in Possession of the Air Force. Implement systems and procedures to protect personnel, property, and information within buildings, grounds, and parking areas at WPAFB occupied by F/B Directorate personnel. Detect, log, resolve, and notify the Government of conditions that could interrupt facility support, and assist with facility or environmental shutdowns, including operating procedures for facility and HVAC systems. Assist in maximizing facility readiness through contingency planning, emergency response, military exercise coordination, safety, security, and facility support activities. Provide response within 30 minutes when notified of an emergency outside normal duty hours and remain on site until the emergency is under control. Provide physical security for assigned buildings, including opening and securing work areas, escorting personnel without routine access to secured or controlled areas, and supporting maintenance personnel access as appropriate. Support building physical security systems, including periodic effectiveness reviews, recommendations for improvements, and implementation of Government-directed changes related to card key access systems and replacement components. Place emergency and routine calls to CE customer service for facility maintenance; emergency calls shall be made within one hour of customer notification or inspection identification, and routine calls within 24 hours. Prepare AF Form 332, Base Civil Engineer Work Request, for minor construction projects within 72 hours of notification, coordinate with CE program managers, and initiate self-help projects in accordance with WPAFB Publication 32-2, Real Property Building Manager Pamphlet. Report deficiencies in environmental systems, known safety problems, and routine maintenance requirements; recommend corrective actions and assist the RPBM with necessary service requests.
