Operations Lead Location: Charleston, SC Target Pay: $95-$99/hr (1st Shift) | $98-$102/hr (2nd Shift) Overview Seeking an Operations Lead to manage MRB workflow execution, resource coordination, backlog management, and production support activities. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily MRB operations and backlog prioritization • Coordinate activities across engineering support teams • Maintain throughput during high-volume production periods • Partner with Production and Quality teams to resolve issues • Ensure smooth handoffs between engineering groups • Monitor performance metrics and operational constraints • Support staffing and shift coverage planning • Drive execution discipline across multiple shifts Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field • 7+ years of manufacturing, operations, or production support experience • Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred • Boeing experience preferred • Strong understanding of MRB and non-conformance processes • Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environments • Strong cross-functional leadership skills
