Your first mission: Join our Medical Service Director to deep dive into how we manage staffing today Help  to review our current support workflows, tools, SLAs, and communication flows Help to develop and implement improvements to efficiency, reporting, and automation, making use of AI where applicable Align with relevant teams to ensure changes are sustainable and scalable   After that: You’ll rotate through key operational focus areas across the company — supporting growth, launching new services, solving bottlenecks Get insides in cross-functional projects with product, medical care, tech, and marketing teams Build dashboards, automate processes, and recommend better tools or systems Help us scale with excellence, not chaos   Who You Are:  Bachelor Degree in business administration, economics, information science, Health Administration, or STEM or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style First work experience in a startup, consulting, investment banking, comparable fast-paced working environments or in the healthcare industry Credible appearance and convincing personality towards all kinds of internal and external stakeholders Tactful, mature communication, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Full working proficiency in German and English Perks & Benefits Gym: Membership in premium gyms throughout Germany Education Budget: €1.000/year that you can spend for your professional growth and development.
