Acting as a keyholder and confidently managing opening and closing procedures when required.
Supporting the wider store team during peak periods, helping maintain a seamless customer experience through operational excellence.
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance across the store.
Stepping up as the manager on duty when required, making sound decisions that support the team, customer, and business.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Essential Criteria:
Previous experience in a leadership role with a proven ability to coach, motivate, and support others.
