About Copper Copper is a facility services company serving clients across the United States, with a team based in Lebanon. We coordinate skilled field technicians across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance trades, for commercial real estate, retail, financial institutions, and hospitality clients. Our team works closely with US business hours, and we take pride in delivering a responsive, dependable service our clients can rely on. About the Role As an Operations Executive, you will sit between our US clients and our network of field technicians, managing service requests from intake through to completion. You will assign the right technician to each job, keep all parties informed throughout, and ensure work is delivered to the standard our clients expect. What You’ll Do • Act as the main point of contact between US clients and our network of field technicians and subcontractors, managing on demand calls and ongoing service contracts across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance • Review incoming service requests and assign the right technician or subcontractor based on trade, location, and availability • Brief technicians with all necessary job details, then coordinate and follow up closely throughout the task until it is completed • Track multiple jobs at once, keeping clients updated on progress and proactively flagging delays or issues before they escalate • Handle problems as they come up, rescheduling, reassigning, or escalating where needed to keep the client experience smooth • Communicate confidently and professionally with US based clients by phone and email throughout the working day • Report on job status, recurring issues, and key developments to your manager What You’ll Bring • Strong command of English, written and spoken (this role is client-facing with US-based clients) • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in engineering, business, or a related field • 0–3 years’ experience in operations, engineering, or subcontracting preferred • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail • Clear, confident communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, service-driven environment • Flexibility to manage workload across the team’s operating hours Work Schedule & Location • This is a PM shift role, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, aligned with US business hours • On-site position based in Zouk Mikael, Lebanon
