Operations Director - Artist Management Location: London, UK The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead operational excellence across an established artist management division within a leading music and entertainment business. Reporting to the COO and working closely with senior leadership, you will design and deliver scalable operating models, improve business processes, drive technology adoption, and strengthen reporting and organisational effectiveness. This role is key to enabling artist managers to focus on delivering outstanding results for artists while supporting the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities • Lead operational strategy and continuous improvement across the Artist Management division • Develop scalable processes, governance, and reporting frameworks • Drive adoption of technology, data, and business systems • Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, and other central teams to improve ways of working • Lead organisational change, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives • Improve operational insight through reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics • Support organisational design, workforce planning, and team development About You You will have: • Significant experience in operational leadership, business transformation, or organisational effectiveness • A proven track record of delivering operational improvements and driving change • Experience implementing technology and improving business processes • Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills • The ability to influence senior leaders and work across multiple teams • Experience within music, entertainment, media, or another creative industry is advantageous Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
