Vetoquinol Belgium, the Netherlands & Scandinavia is looking for an Operations & Data Specialist to strengthen its supply chain and data capabilities across multiple markets. In this role, you’ll be the link between operations, systems and data: ensuring accuracy, improving processes and enabling better decision-making across the organisation. This position combines operational execution with data governance and continuous improvement, driving business performance across Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden. What you will do A hands-on role with impact across supply chain, systems and data: • Supply chain operations (execution & coordination): Support day-to-day supply chain activities across Belgium, the Netherlands and Sweden, ensuring product availability, smooth planning and strong stakeholder coordination (25%) • ERP key user support (system ownership): Act as local ERP expert, supporting users, solving issues and continuously improving system usage and processes (20%) • Data management & reporting (accuracy & insights): Ensure high-quality data in CRM and related systems, maintain data integrity and support reporting for business decision-making (30%) • Cross-functional process optimisation (efficiency & improvement): Improve data flows, tools and workflows across departments to enhance efficiency, accessibility and data consistency (25%)
