COMPANY OVERVIEW Verition Fund Management LLC (“Verition”) is a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund founded in 2008. Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Credit, Fixed Income & Macro, Convertible & Volatility Arbitrage, Event-Driven, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets, and Quantitative Strategies. Role Overview Verition is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join its FX Operations team. The Associate will be responsible for daily cash and position reconciliation across a high volume of transactions, multiple accounts, counterparties, and asset classes, leveraging a suite of internal and third-party systems. You will work closely with Trading, Technology, and other Operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of breaks. Key Responsibilities • Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across internal systems, external platforms, and Prime Brokers. • Escalate and drive timely resolution of outstanding breaks. • Identify process gaps and partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions. • Support trade capture for FX strategies. Track and manage trade lifecycle events including expiries, cashflows, and marking positions Experience & requirements • 2-5 years of experience in investment management or fund operations. • Working knowledge of productions FX spot, forwards, NDF, swaps, and exotic FX options. • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle. • Familiarity with OMS platforms and prime broker portals Bloomberg AIM, Orchestrade, or Geneva experience preferred. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high intensity environment.
