We are Intrepid We are Intrepid As the Operations Assistant, you will help ensure our travelers have the trip of a lifetime in Peru! This role supports the smooth delivery of tour operations by providing essential administrative, logistical, and coordination support across multiple brands and business partners. You will help ensure operational schedules, documentation, and systems are accurate, organized, and up to date, while working closely with leaders, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional travel experiences. Supporting both pre-trip planning and live operations, the Operations Assistant helps coordinate ongoing trips, resolve operational needs as they arise, and ensure teams have the information and support required to run successful departures. This is a fixed 12 month contracted position based out of our office in Cusco, Peru. Some of the essential experience you’ll have include: Experience in administrative, operational, or coordination roles Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy in data management Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills for data management, tracking, and reporting You’ll be willing to work flexible hours and have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks that may be on the go at one time .
