Description
What You Can Expect :
Project Management & Oversight
• Maintain a structured overview of all ongoing and planned projects across the UK.
• Independently manage selected projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate sub-projects and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Training & Enablement
• Design and deliver training sessions on new applications and functionalities (e.g., ROCS).
• Support onboarding and upskilling of team members on digital tools and processes.
• Develop “Train the Trainer” concepts and training materials.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Organise and lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project updates and strategic presentations for executive audiences.
• Manage stakeholder relationships for specific projects, including C-Level and operational users.
Business implementation
• Develop and improve business implementation processes and ensure their enforcement.
• Drives collaboration between stakeholders on commercial and operational side of the business
Process Improvement & Demand Management
• Capture and document process improvement demands.
• Create and manage tickets in Jira and align with regional OET teams and domain owners.
Application Rollouts & Testing
• Lead rollout projects for applications such as ROCS, Wave BL, Wisor, etc.
• Conduct GAP analyses, gather country feedback, and define operational blueprints.
• Organize release note management and coordinate testing with country OETs.
• Provide partial testing support for general topics.
Operational KPI Monitoring & Analysis
• Set up and maintain and analyse dashboards for operational KPIs.
• Consolidate feedback and adapt reporting tools (e.g., carrier app dashboards).
Support Management
• Provide 2nd level support.
• Track support reporting and aim to reduce 2nd level workload.
