  Location:  Houston, Texas 77041  Work Arrangement:  Fully On-Site  Compensation:  $65,000–$70,000 annually  Employment Status:  Full-Time 
  Schedule:  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. One monthly evening Board meeting is required. 
  
 
 Position Overview 
 Rise Association Management Group is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused On-Site General Manager to oversee the daily operations of an established single-family homeowners association in Houston, Texas. 
 This role serves as the primary liaison between the Association's Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and Rise AMG. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing community operations, supporting the Board with sound guidance, overseeing vendors and maintenance projects, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
