You will be responsible for optimizing investment plans, managing CAPEX and OPEX resources, developing profitable partnership models, and driving channel growth through strategic insights and customer-focused initiatives. Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with commercial, marketing, finance, and sales teams to maximize business performance and return on investment. Responsibilities: • Develop and continuously improve the investment strategy for the On Premise channel. • Analyze market opportunities and profitability pools to identify growth opportunities by brand and customer segment. • Build annual investment plans and negotiation guidelines for different customer typologies. • Manage and optimize CAPEX, OPEX, CODB, and other channel investment resources in line with business objectives and financial principles. • Develop investment proposals and business cases to support channel growth and profitability. • Lead negotiations and investment packages for key customers and strategic partnerships. • Identify and implement innovative projects that improve value extraction and channel performance. • Generate and translate market insights into actionable customer value propositions and investment initiatives. • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective execution of channel strategies and standards. • Monitor investment effectiveness, ensuring compliance with company processes, budget allocations, and ROI expectations. Requirements: Must have: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Category Management or Commercial functions • Proven experience in developing and managing investment, commercial or channel strategies • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, ROI analysis and financial reporting • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn insights into actionable business recommendations • Project management experience, including coordination of cross-functional initiatives • Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders • Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and business analysis tools Nice to Have • Experience in the FMCG, beverage, hospitality or retail industries • Previous exposure to On Premise, Route-to-Market or Channel Development environments • Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets • Knowledge of customer segmentation and customer value proposition (CVP) development • Experience leading visibility, activation or investment projects across commercial channels • Experience working in international or matrix organizations • People management experience • Understanding of commercial finance principles and investment effectiveness measurement • Experience working with trade marketing agencies, event organizers or hospitality partners • Familiarity with market research, consumer insights and profitability analysis We are committed to nurturing a workplace where we celebrate and respect difference, and support everyone to be true to who they are!
