Your core mission goes beyond simple administration of tools; you will establish a robust, future-ready technical ecosystem by seamlessly integrating diverse digital platforms with commercial strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the technology roadmap, ensuring operational excellence through precise system administration, and driving the continuous evolution of our digital infrastructure to serve as a high-performance engine for the entire company’s omnichannel vision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: o  Establishment of Omnichannel Platform Excellence: Define and institutionalize the technical and operational standards for the omnichannel platform to ensure high-quality execution across the organization. Lead the framework for platform excellence, ensuring that system capabilities are fully leveraged to meet the business needs. o  Strategic Platform Roadmap and Leadership: Lead the long-term roadmap for the omnichannel platform, aligning digital infrastructure with marketing and commercial strategies. Oversee the integration of various digital tools to create a robust foundation that enables seamless and sophisticated customer journeys. o  Business Ownership of Digital Platforms: Take full business ownership of the digital platform ecosystem, including CRM, websites, and owned media infrastructure. Collaborate with Global and Local stakeholders, ensuring that technical functionalities are optimized for commercial users and field teams. o  System Integration for Field Force Empowerment: Drive the integration of digital platforms with field force activities to support a seamless hybrid engagement model between sales and digital. Ensure that platform tools are user-friendly and provide powerful, actionable data that directly enhances the effectiveness of the sales force. o  Advanced Platform Mix and Personalization Capabilities: Identify and implement the optimal technical mix of platforms to enable precise customer segmentation and personalized engagement strategies. Optimize platform architecture to support a strategic balance between automated digital interactions and personalized personal outreach. o  Data-Driven Platform Optimization and Analytics: Manage the platform’s data flow and KPIs in collaboration with the Performance management team to provide actionable insights for commercial decision-making. Drive continuous platform optimization based on data performance to improve the accuracy and efficiency of all automated campaigns. o  Platform Content and Asset Management: Manage the content management systems (CMS/DAM) to ensure that digital assets and visuals are effectively delivered across all channels. Oversee the technical quality and consistency of contents delivered to ensure a high-quality experience across every touchpoint. o  Project Management of Platform Initiatives: Act as the lead for platform-related projects, managing budgets and timelines while driving alignment with Global stakeholders. Ensure that the platform infrastructure remains agile, scalable, and perfectly aligned with the evolving business goals of the organization. QUALIFICATIONS: o  Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification in Digital Transformation/Project Management is preferred. o  Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital platform management, marketing technology (Mar Tech), or a related field, with a proven track record of managing omnichannel infrastructure and digital ecosystem strategies. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: o  Language Skills: Native Japanese and proficiency in English at a business level (both written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with global partners and understand technical documentation. o Interpersonal Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships and act as a bridge between commercial teams and technical stakeholders. o Proficiency in Omni Platform Solutions: Hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing digital ecosystems, including Websites, Veeva CRM, Salesforce, CLM, Approved Email, and Marketing Automation tools. o Analytical and Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and excellent analytical/problem-solving skills to manage data flows, system integrations, and platform performance metrics. o Project and Platform Management: Proven ability to lead platform-related projects, manage multiple priorities, and ensure system scalability in a fast-paced business environment. KEY COMPETENCIES: o Flexibility: flexibility and a constructive approach when collaborating with members from diverse backgrounds.
