Description
Royal Ocean Marine is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Offshore Crewing Executive to join our client's team. As a Crewing Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating crew changes, managing crew documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of crewing processes. You will work closely with ship personnel, manning agencies, and regulatory authorities to ensure that the vessels are properly manned and crewed. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining crew records, handling payroll and compensation, and assisting in the recruitment and selection of crew members. Responsibilities: Coordinate crew changes and ensure smooth sign-on and sign-off processes Manage crew documentation, including visas, passports, and medical certificates Maintain crew records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Handle crew payroll, compensation, and benefits Assist in the recruitment and selection of crew members for vessels Liaise with manning agencies and ensure the availability of qualified crew members Monitor crew performance and provide feedback and guidance when necessary Assist in the resolution of crew-related issues and conflicts Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and trends in crewing Assist in the development and implementation of crewing policies and procedures Requirements Diploma or degree in maritime studies, human resources, or a related field At least 2-3 years of experience in crewing or maritime operations Familiarity with crewing software and databases Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of relevant maritime regulations and industry standards Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software Singapore Citizen and Singapore residents will be given priority in the selection process.
