To support SAPS Assistant Managers and Managers in vessel performance monitoring, environmental compliance processes, daily data validation, and reporting activities. The role ensures accurate data handling, timely documentation, regulatory support, and basic analytics, enabling the overall SAPS function to deliver consistent service across the fleet. ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES: Daily review of vessel noon report data, logs, ETS parameters,consumption, and voyage records. Assist in preparing compliance documentation (EU-MRV/ETS, UK-MRV,IMO-DCS, VGP) and supporting ship onboarding requirements. Provide general administrative and operational support for SAPS teams,including file management, data entry, tracker updates, and basic analytical tasks. Generate routine performance reports, summaries, and pre-defined dashboards for internal teams and managers. Coordinate with vessels and fleet teams to clarify data gaps, request corrections, and communicate routine observations.
