ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
The role is aligned and sits within the Group
Finance – Financial Planning & Analysis team based in Jersey. The role
holder will assist with providing clear, accurate, and timely technical
analysis to senior staff members in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Training, guidance and mentorship will be provided. This is an excellent
position for an individual who wants to develop the skills, qualities and
experiences to progress in a position within internal finance, learn on the job
and develop accounting duties and responsibilities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Assist with the delivery of high quality, complex and insightful analysis and forecasting.
• Assist with the building and design of performance management reports across various systems and programming languages (previous experience preferred but not essential).
• Analysis and evaluation of data to ensure accuracy of Management Information.
• Assistance with the delivery of projects.
• Performance of various reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
• Delivery of ad-hoc reporting requests whilst ensuring outputs can help management make informed decisions.
• Providing internal support to a global Finance Department.
• Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
• Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
• Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
