As our Office & Workplace Experience Specialist, you are the heartbeat of our Singapore satellite office. You'll be the ultimate connector who turns four walls into a high-energy, frictionless home for our APAC team, while keeping day-to-day operations running like clockwork. Reporting directly to local team leadership and collaborating closely with our Global HQ teams in Germany, this is a hands-on, high-execution role. You’ll own our local workspace, bring our culture to life through memorable events, and act as the trusted wingperson for our local Talent Acquisition & HR efforts. What You Will Do: #1: Workplace Operations & Facility Excellence - Build an inspiring space: Own all aspect of space planning, layout optimization to keep our environment functional, slick and inspiring - Vendor & Budget Ownership: Partner with external vendors, lead contract negotiations, manage pantry and equipment inventories and oversee local operations budgets - Office & IT: Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, external suppliers and our global HQ IT/Office teams in Germany #2: Culture & Employee Experience: - Elevate Team engagement: Design, organise and execute local team events, celebrations and cultural initiatives making the office a place people want to be - Seamless Onboarding: Partner with People teams to deliver a top-tier onboarding experience for new hires and visiting international colleagues Who You Are: - Experienced: You have 3–6 years in Office Management, Workplace Experience, Event Coordination, or HR Operations in a fast-paced environment. - Autonomous Problem Solver: Ability to act decisively, independently and are solution-oriented. - Organized: Highly proficient with Google Suite (especially Sheets & Slides) - Agile & ResilientYou handle changing priorities with ease, stay calm under pressure, and can juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail. - Culture Booster: You possess exceptional communication skills and natural energy that uplifts the office environment 5 days a week.
