Description
We are recruiting on behalf of Mark Ritson/MiniMBA for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the operational and administrative backbone of a fast-moving, multi-market business. The portfolio spans Australia, Europe and beyond across media, education, consulting and corporate advisory. You will establish and maintain effective office systems, coordinate administrative workflows, supervise support resources, and ensure the business support function operates efficiently across Australian operations and a global calendar. This is an opportunity for someone highly organised, polished, discreet and confident working independently. If you enjoy variety, pace and genuine responsibility, we would love to hear from you. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations, workflow coordination and administrative priorities. Establish, maintain and improve office procedures and administrative systems. Coordinate office administration, business support activities and team workflows across relevant systems and platforms. Manage expenses, invoicing, supplier coordination, records management and accounts support. Monitor office budgets and administrative expenditure, identifying opportunities to improve cost control and operational efficiency. Liaise with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and service providers to resolve operational matters and maintain service standards. Monitor operational processes and recommend practical improvements to systems, workflows and resource allocation. Supervise and coordinate support resources to ensure administrative work is completed efficiently and to an appropriate standard. Support personnel administration where required, including onboarding, leave coordination, training logistics and routine HR documentation. Exercise sound judgement, manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervision. Travel to Melbourne occasionally for operational and administrative requirements.
