Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, occasional weekends according to business needs. Salary: $60-63k annually. Location: This position is fully onsite in Bloomington, MN. About Mindful Support Services We are a business to business support service for independent mental healthcare practitioners, which helps providers service a growing client base. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of sourcing leads, marketing, billing and collecting payments from patients and insurers. We have grown to support over 2,500 mental healthcare providers since we opened in 2011. We have built the Mindful Therapy Group brand from the ground up with years of dedication to solving the complex processes of the healthcare landscape in innovative ways, creating a platform geared toward growth, and working to meet our mission of creating improved access to high quality mental healthcare. About the Role As we open our first Minnesota location, we're looking for someone excited by the opportunity to help launch something meaningful and foster a strong mental health community from day one. You'll play a key role in establishing our presence in a new market, building a local team, and creating a place where providers, clients, and employees can thrive. This role is about more than managing an office. You'll help shape the provider experience, lead a team that supports them every day, and create an environment where clients feel welcomed and providers can build successful, sustainable practices. As our first Office Manager in Minnesota, you'll have the opportunity to shape the office and team from the start. You'll have the support of an experienced leadership team while maintaining meaningful ownership over the success of the location. Because much of your day-to-day collaboration will happen virtually, we're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys solving problems, seeks support when needed, and is energized by helping grow a new office. Requirements Office Operations and  Facilities The office is more than a building. It's the experience our clients, providers, and employees have every time they walk through the door.  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities, vendors, supplies, safety, and the details that keep everything running smoothly.  Look for opportunities to improve the overall experience, whether that's solving a problem, improving a process, or making sure the office is a place people enjoy being in.  Stay organized, think ahead, solve problems, and create an environment where people can do their best work.  Team Leadership and Development You'll be responsible for building and developing a small local support team. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys developing people.
