If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Copenhagen Economics as an Office Assistant in our Copenhagen office located on Christianshavn. This full-time role involves handling a wide array of practical and administrative duties, collaborating closely with our Office Management teams across four countries: Sweden, Finland, Belgium, and Denmark. The start date is flexible but preferably around 1 July 2024. WORKING WITH US Working with us, you will get to bring your strengths into play from day one, and through collaboration with colleagues from different areas of the business, you will get to build your professional and personal competencies further. As an Office Assistant at Copenhagen Economics, you will join the Office Management department within the Business Support Team (BST). The BST is a group of approximately 20 individuals from functional units such as Communications, Finance, Office Management, and People. The team is responsible for delivering high-quality strategic support across the company. BST members are located across our four offices and collaborate to develop a one-firm business culture and provide a vibrant working environment. About the role In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office and support the success of our team. We value individuals who are proactive, organised, and able to work collaboratively to achieve common goals. As an Office Assistant, your main tasks and responsibilities will include: • Managing and maintaining a tidy, well-functioning and welcoming office for guests and co-workers. • Managing travel arrangements and bookings. • Planning and executing internal and external events. • Liaising with external vendors on various office-related matters. • Collaborating and supporting the BST team with tasks. • Assisting colleagues in general and also ad hoc tasks. CANDIDATE PROFILE We are seeking a proactive and approachable individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will have: • A minimum of 2 years' experience in office management. • Good organisational understanding. • Excellent communication skills and logical thinking abilities. • Good relationship-building skills, also across the organisation. • Strong proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken. • A solution-oriented and service-minded approach. • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong execution capability. • A positive attitude and willingness to grow in the role and take on additional responsibilities.
