Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between visitors and RFR staff and the public in relation to, but not limited to the following: • Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and by answering or directing inquiries • Maintains office supplies by checking stocks, placing and expediting orders, and evaluating new products • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs • Utilize office software and technology for tasks such as managing appointments, maintaining records, and handling emails • Assure that the reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen area are kept neat and tidy at all times • Mail and Packages: Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries promptly Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional writing and presentation skills Qualifications: • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a legal setting Schedule: • This is a full-time, hourly role. In office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30pm.
