Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join a well-established professional services business on a part time basis. This is a varied role where you'll be at the heart of the office, supporting colleagues across the business while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Working closely with the HR team, Practice Manager and wider administration team, you'll provide a broad range of front of house, HR and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working by themselves, takes pride in being organised and is confident juggling multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
Office Administrator (Part time) Job Overview
Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor hospitality and office facilities
Support the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Provide administrative support across HR, recruitment, onboarding and employee records
Assist with payroll administration, absence records and HR reporting
Coordinate training, appraisals and probation reviews, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
Support graduate recruitment, onboarding and induction administration
Assist with marketing events, networking activities and internal projects
Provide general administrative support across multiple departments as required
Maintain confidential records and ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time
Office Administrator (Part time) Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a busy administration, office support or coordination role
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Office Administrator (Part time) Benefits Offered
Part-time - 30 hours per week across five days
£30,000 - £32,000 per annum
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
