Internal support Salary: Competative Firm: Moore South Career Stage: Experienced Professional Location: Salisbury Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: Sep 6, 2024 3:23 pm Job description About the role We are recruiting for an office administrator in the Salisbury office. You will provide general administrative support to the partners and managers and maintain the office daily tasks: Skills & expertise As an office administrator at Moore (South) your you will need experience within an office environment, you will need to possess a high standard of accuracy, the ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly to change, with strong IT skills; although, full training will be provided on how to use our systems. Key responsibilities • Maintaining and utilising data for clients and contacts electronically, using systemised procedures and processes to manage the data effectively and efficiently across our database and suite of software applications. • Help process the on-boarding of new clients. • Preparing monthly draft bills for approval. • Preparing departmental correspondence for post, or email. • Support during annual and ad-hoc marketing events and meetings, this includes controlling the invitations, guest list, booking venues and arranging catering where required. • General office administration and housekeeping to include; • Post distribution, photocopying, scanning and filing. • Answering the phone and dealing with emails. • General house keeping of the kitchen and boardroom areas. • Maintaining Stationary and Office supples. • The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated • by both your changing role and the overall business objectives of the Firm About the candidate You will be self-motivated, possess a good telephone manner and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with clients, partners, and colleagues. Good attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team or on your own are all qualities needed to succeed in this role. You should have good time management skills.
