We are seeking an experienced ODM Project Manager specializing in AIoT DMS Embedded System products. This role involves contributing to product specification development, overseeing project progress and project lifecycle management to ensure smooth project execution. 【Key Responsibilities】 • Lead project development, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Innovate and propose solutions to meet the specific requirements of ODM customers. • Manage expectation between customers and teams to swiftly resolve issues. • Implement proactive risk management strategies, identifying and addressing potential issues early. • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively manage conflicts and foster collaboration across teams. • Take the lead in defining project specifications, ensuring functionality and quality assurance meet standards. • Organize and lead project meetings, monitor progress, and escalate issues as needed. • Oversee multiple projects from inception through to End-of-Life. 【Requirements】 • Bachelor's degree and above with a major in business or engineering. • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management. • Proficiency in English across all communication domains (listening, speaking, reading, writing). • Expertise in planning, executing, and successfully concluding projects within specified deadlines and budgets. • Proven skills in proposal development, delivering compelling presentations. • A solution-focused mindset, dedicated to identifying innovative solutions to challenges.
