• OCEANIA/REGENT - BAR WAITERS ISMIRA AGENCY actively recruiting for position BAR WAITERS FOR OCEANIA AND REGENT CRUISES! The Bar Waiter provides high quality and luxurious service to the guests and ensure guests satisfaction by delivering quality beverages and bar service that consistently and effectively reflects the luxurious nature of our company. Guest satisfaction measured by Guests comment cards in regards to his/her area. BENEFITS: • Free food & accommodation (2 people per cabin) • Perfect chance to travel the world • Prestigious job on board premium class cruise company • Medical insurance, visa refunded on board • Earn recognition and career advancement opportunities RESPONSABILITIES: • Ensuring that bar is properly stocked set up and open as scheduled. • Reporting to the Head Bartender/Bartender any issue that needs solving. • Monitoring guest flow in the bar to ensure that beverage services are attended to for all guests. • Preparing beverages in accordance to guests preferences and in line with company policy and procedures. • Must gain knowledge of company provided cocktail recipes, garnishes and presentations. • Conducting the inventory in a proper way and monitoring the bar cost. • Providing ideas to maximize beverage revenues and minimize costs.
