Requirements • Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant professional registration. • Experience conducting assessments relating to equipment and adaptations. • Knowledge of disability assessment, accessibility solutions, and housing adaptations. • Strong communication and partnership-working skills. • Ability to maintain accurate records and work in accordance with legislative and professional standards.
