Location: Occupational Therapy Department, Hervey Bay Hospital Remuneration: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $78,680 p.a., comprising salary between $64.64 - $69.56 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Part Time, 38 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months). Your opportunity: The purpose of this role is to deliver Occupational Therapy Intensive Care services within Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service on the Fraser Coast. This includes: • Delivering high quality evidenced based Occupational Therapy clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning interprofessional team. • Contribution to the advancement of quality Occupational Therapy services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education. • Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives. • Providing supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).
