Occupational Medicine Consortium Specialist Job Description Occupational Medicine Consortium Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all Occupational Medicine clinics are following FMCSA guidelines. They provide direction, education, educational resources, and support to the clinic staff while ensuring appropriate communication with clients and patients that utilize our Occupational Medicine services. Department: Oversees Mattoon, Effingham, and Fayette Clinics. Hours: Full-time/ 40 hours per week Required: High School Diploma; Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) Training; BLS/CPR within 90 days Pay: Based on experience, staring at $22.72 per hour Responsibilities Builds and maintains employer profiles and electronic workflows., Coordinates implementation of new employer accounts and services., Educates staff on 49 CFR Part 40 regulations and DOT collection procedures., Ensure all clinics are keeping accurate logs for DS and BA as mandated under the FMCSA., Maintains Employer profiles, testing authorizations, and program requirements under FMCSA guidelines., Manages and administers consortium under FMCSA guidelines., Manages FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Requirements to maintain compliance., Performs auditing of drug screen and breath alcohol testing documentation for compliance., Provides Initial Certification under DOT Guidelines following the 49 CFR Part 40 rules and regulations., Serve as a primary contact for DER (Designated Employer Representative).
