Overview Women Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN to join our growing, physician-led practice in Nashville, Tennessee. Lifestyle & Schedule • 3.5 clinic days per week • Dedicated OR time available • Post-call day flexibility • Shared 1:6+ call rotation (3 new associates joining in 2026/2027!) • Call taken from home unless clinical needs require hospital presence • Dedicated nursing team manages patient calls Exceptional Clinical Support • Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) • Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs) • Physician Assistant support • Dedicated clinical staff assigned to each physician • APP support for weekend rounding Mentorship & Partnership Whether you're an experienced physician or early in your career, you'll find meaningful mentorship, leadership development, and a transparent pathway to partnership.
