Up to £32,000 + performance bonus

Paragon Skills, a Top 5 training provider and Times Top 100 Best Places to Work , is looking for an experienced Personal Tutor to support Health & Social Care learners undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.
About the Role
You'll manage a caseload of learners, providing coaching, assessment and support to help them achieve their qualifications and progress in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and motivate learners throughout their programme.
• Deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment.
• Conduct learner observations, reviews and progress meetings.
• Provide constructive feedback to drive learner achievement.
• Build strong relationships with employers.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records.
• Promote learner engagement and successful programme completion.
What We're Looking For
• Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1 or equivalent).
• Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS or equivalent).
• Level 3 or Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Experience managing apprenticeship or work-based learning caseloads.
• Knowledge of End-Point Assessment (EPA).
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
