For our bilingual daycare center Joki Obermenzing we are looking for a native English speaking Nursery Teacher (m/f/x) in full- or part-time. In our daycare center Joki Obermenzing, 49 children from the age of 6 months until they start school are cared for in two nursery groups and one kindergarten group. The establishment, housed in a detached two-storey building, is situated in a quiet residential area very close to the Nymphenburg Palace Canal. Our garden, which surrounds the entire building, offers opportunities to observe, discover, move, build, feel, smell, hear and taste. In the basement of our daycare center is the large multi-purpose room, which is used for a variety of dance and movement activities, festivals and projects. The children and their teachers regularly explore the playgrounds in the area, which are within walking distance, the park “Am Durchblick” and the nearby Nymphenburg Palace Park. The facility is well connected to the MVV via bus routes 157, 160, 180 and 56; the S-Bahn stations Pasing and Obermenzing can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Our German- and English-speaking nursery teacher in each group communicate consistently in his or her language. In this way, children experience a wide range of linguistic and cultural encounters in everyday life.
