Room Leader – Up to £31,500 - 45 Hours per week

This is a full-time, all year round position with responsibility for leading a room, maintaining standards, and ensuring consistent high-quality practice across the day.
Before You Apply
• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
• You must have experience leading a nursery room.
• This role is not suitable for practitioners without senior room responsibility.

What You’ll Need
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
• Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Confidence managing staff and maintaining standards
What You’ll Do
• Lead the day-to-day running of your allocated room
• Oversee planning, observations, and assessments in line with EYFS
• Supervise and support practitioners within the room
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and ratio compliance
• Monitor children’s progress and identify next steps
• Build professional relationships with parents and carers
