Nursery Practitioner Room Manager   £1000 Welcome Bonus The company is unable to sponsor employment of international workers in this role. We are currently recruiting for skilled and experienced Nursery Room Manager to be based in Greenwich Nursery to join in our management team to lead and inspire our team or early years practitioner to deliver highest care and education to all children . The nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms along with fabulous outdoor areas. Room Manager salary is up to 31,200K per annum , depending on experience,  working Full time (40 hours per week) – 5 days a week. To be considered for the Nursery Practitioner Room Manager role you must have: At least 1 years’ experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent leadership Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to use your own initiative lead and inspire a team Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children Be flexible and a great role model for the team Have a great time management and passion to deliver highest quality education and care Have experience on leading Ofsted inspection and a clear understanding of the EYFS Build a culture of kindness, transparency and commitment for the role of a leader. Things you need to know This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Certificate and satisfactory employment references. The successful candidate will be required to undertake online safeguarding training and all positions are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
