QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THESE ROLES: An Early Years/childcare qualification Level 2 OR Level 3 OR above. Salary: • Paying up to £30,000 per annum Hours: • Full Time, Permanent position, 40 hour per week, on a weekly rota but can be flexible for the right candidate. The role: • Working as a key person to build strong relationships with both children and their families. • Planning stimulating and fun activities whilst closely following the Early Years curriculum. • Observing children and recording early years milestones. • Encouraging learning through meaningful play. • Working to maintain Health & Safety and Safeguarding Practices within the setting. • Creating a fun, safe and warm environment where children can flourish and grow. Essential qualities and qualifications: • An Early Years/childcare qualification Level 2/3 or above. • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. • A passion for childcare and a full understanding of the EYFS. • Able to liaise with and develop good relationships with parents. • Experience of using a tablet for reports would be useful but not essential.
