QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Level 3 or above in a full and relevant childcare qualification.
Purple Dove Recruitment are currently looking for enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 Nursery Nurses for an independent family owned nursery in Banstead. The nursery pride themselves on creating an atmosphere of happiness.
Salary:
• Nursery Nurses (Level 3) - paying up to£31,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours:
• 42.5 hours per week, over 5 days
• 38 hours per week, over 4 days

The role:
• Working as a key person to build strong relationships with both children and their families.
• Planning stimulating and fun activities whilst closely following the Early Years curriculum.
• Observing children and recording early years milestone.
• Be a good role model to the children.
• Encouraging learning through meaningful play.
• Working to maintain Health & Safety and Safeguarding Practices within the setting.
• Creating a fun, safe and warm environment where children can flourish and grow.
• To attend out of working hours activities, to include training, staff meetings, parents evenings and special events.
• To be involved in team planning appropriate activities to ensure that the children’s developmental needs are met.
• To contribute to the observation and assessment of the children’s developmental stages, recording this on the relevant documents.
• To work flexibly as part of the larger nursery team, assisting and supporting colleagues
wherever required in order to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
Candidate:
• An Early Years/childcare qualification Level 3 or above.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• A passion for childcare and a full understanding of the EYFS.
