To Apply for this Job Click Here POSITION: Nurse Supervisor SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday 2PM- 10PM FACILITY: Nueces County Jail LOCATION: Corpus Christi, TX Are you ready to lead a nursing team where your clinical expertise and leadership help drive exceptional patient care? As a Nurse Supervisor, you'll help guide nursing operations, support staff development, and ensure high standards of patient care throughout the facility. Position Summary Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you'll provide clinical leadership and operational support to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include: • Supervising daily nursing operations and supporting the delivery of quality patient care • Providing leadership, training, and guidance to nursing staff while promoting compliance with policies and standards • Assisting with staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and performance management activities • Supporting quality assurance, infection control, audits, and other performance improvement initiatives • Coordinating patient care services and serving as a resource for nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams • Providing direct patient care and administrative support as needed to ensure operational excellence You'll go beyond supervision.
