You'll evaluate patients, manage common urologic conditions, assist with procedures, perform inpatient rounding, and help coordinate care throughout the patient journey. This role offers excellent exposure to procedural medicine and is ideal for providers who enjoy variety, teamwork, and continuous learning. What You'll Do Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of urologic conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings Perform in-office urologic procedures with physician mentorship and training Administer intravesical therapies and assist with bladder treatment protocols Perform catheter placement, exchanges, troubleshooting, and ongoing catheter management Assist physicians with surgical procedures as needed Round on hospitalized patients and coordinate inpatient care Participate in a light weekday phone call schedule and shared call rotation Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record Collaborate with physicians, nurses, hospital staff, and referring providers to ensure exceptional patient care What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Eager to learn and develop specialized clinical skills Passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Adaptable and comfortable working in both clinic and hospital environments Collaborative, dependable, and team-oriented Interested in procedural medicine and surgical specialties Motivated to build a long-term career in urology Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain) DEA registration or ability to obtain before start New
