We are Looking for: We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant to join our Pulmonary & Critical Care team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Physicians outpatient settings . The NP will play an integral role in the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions as well as critically ill patients in the ICU. Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive assessments and manage patients with pulmonary conditions such as COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, and sleep apnea • Assist with the management of critically ill patients in the ICU, including ventilator management, sedation protocols, and hemodynamic monitoring (training provided) • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, including chest X-rays, CT scans, pulmonary function tests, and lab work • Participate in hospital rounds with supervising physicians and coordinate inpatient care plans • Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, therapies, and preventive measures • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary in collaboration with the care team • Write prescriptions and coordinate care with specialists and primary care providers as needed • Participate in outpatient follow-up visits and chronic disease management in a clinic setting Why You’ll Love Working With Us: • Competitive base salary + productivity bonuses • Structured mentorship and clinical growth with increasing independence • Worklife balance • Collaborative and respectful work environment Full benefits package including: • 401(k) with company match • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • Paid time off • Disability insurance Requirements • Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program. • Must be currently licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas. • May be exposed to adverse indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
