Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Location: Casa Grande, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine / Primary Care Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience Bonus: Performance-based incentive Travel: None Position Overview A community-focused primary care clinic in Casa Grande, Arizona, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its outpatient family medicine team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Your practice will include preventive services, acute care, chronic disease management, wellness visits, and patient education.
