Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Dermatology Overview & Highlights Location: Mesa, Arizona Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base salary Practice Setting: Medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO/sick time, 401(k), malpractice coverage, license reimbursement, and CME stipend Work Environment: Established outpatient dermatology clinic offering medical, surgical, and cosmetic services Coverage Model: Collaborative provider environment with clinical and administrative support About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dermatology NP or PA seeking a balanced, high-quality outpatient practice environment with strong earning potential and predictable weekday hours. Providers in this role care for a diverse dermatology patient population across medical, surgical, and cosmetic services while working alongside an experienced clinical team. Your day will include a mix of patient evaluations, treatment planning, follow-up visits, procedures, and cosmetic consultations, depending on your training and experience. The clinic is designed to support providers with efficient workflows, collaborative support staff, and the ability to practice with a meaningful level of autonomy.
