We offer compensation well above market average to attract top-tier APPs. Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence • Provide comprehensive primary care for acute and chronic conditions • Efficiently manage 23–24 patients per day using 20-minute visit templates • Actively address care gaps (HEDIS) and ensure accurate HCC/RAF documentation at every visit • Ensure patients receive all appropriate preventive screenings and follow-up care Operational Efficiency • Team Leadership: Direct Medical Assistants and Scribes to prep charts, scrub for care gaps, and pend orders prior to visits • Chart Hygiene: Maintain a clean desktop with 95% of charts signed and closed within 48 hours • Schedule Adherence: Follow visit templates to maintain steady patient flow throughout the workweek Schedule • Days: Monday – Friday • Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to clinic needs) • Daily Structure: • • 7.5 hours clinical time (approx. 23 visits) • 1-hour lunch • 30 minutes protected administrative time for chart closure Qualifications • Current APRN or PA-C license in the state of practice • Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine • • (Urgent Care–only experience is not sufficient) • Prior experience in value-based care (HEDIS, RAF/HCC coding) strongly preferred • Experience with Athena EMR highly preferred • Comfortable in a high-volume environment (23+ patients/day) Compensation & Benefits We offer compensation well above market average to attract top-tier APPs. • Base Salary: Up to $150,000 • Performance Bonus: Up to $20,000 annually (paid quarterly) • Total Potential Compensation: $180,000+ • Potential Sign on bonus upto $10,000 Bonus Metrics Include: • Productivity (23+ patients/day) • Chart closure within 48 hours • HEDIS performance & coding accuracy Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision • PTO & CME Allowance • 401(k) with company match • Malpractice coverage What Success Looks Like at IntraCare Successful APPs at IntraCare are: • Fast and accurate decision-makers • Strong clinical leaders who hold teams accountable • Resilient and adaptable in a high-volume setting • Motivated to grow clinically in a value-based care organization Please take the following behaviorial test while applying: https://assessment.predictiveindex.com/bo/7C6C/AdvancePracticeProviderNPPA_Feb2026_202932 About IntraCare IntraCare Health Center (DFW Healthcare MSO) proudly serves the greater Dallas-Ft.
