DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, effectively de l iver the c li n i c al responsib i lit i es and asso c ia t ed operational responsibi l ities.
• Maintain performan c e and produ c tivity standards , operational effi c ien c y , ex c el l en t c ustomer servi c e and best pra c ti c e standards.
• Treat a c ute and routine medi c al c onditions via in person , telephone c all or telehealth a c ross all settings (e. g . SNF , ALF and house c all visits ) .
• Demonstra t e c riti c al thinking , expert c are, and best pra c ti c e standards in the c lini c al decision-making pro c ess.
• Provide c are for pa t ien t s from initial history taking , c l i ni c al assessmen t, diagnosis , prescribi n g medi c a t ions and treatmen t s , providing edu c a t ion, and evalua t ion of c are.
• Maintain c omplian c e with the established standards of pra c ti c e of medi c ine for Nurse i n the state of pra c ti c e.
• Do c umen t findings and a c tions appropria t ely in the pa t ien t’ s medi c al record.
• Maintain pa t ien t c onfiden t iality a t all times.
• Par t i c ipa t e in professional dev e lopmen t a c tivities and maintain profession a l affi l ia t ions and CM E’ s.
• Maintain safe work environmen t for self , pa t ien t, family, and staff by using appropria t e PP E .
• Work c ollabora t ive l y with Elite team memb e rs and c ommunity par t ners such as ALF and SNF staff members , pa t ien t family members and home health and hospi c e team members .
• Represen t Elite in a professional manner and strive to promote a c ooperative a t mosphere a t all times by a c ting with ta c t and diploma c y and maintaining a positive a t titude.
• Maintain professional i sm a t all times by bei n g dependable, autonomous, and responsible.
• Prioritize wor k load and utilize work time properly and produ c tively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Must have graduated from an approved school of nursing and be licensed in the state where practicing.
Maintains a current CPR certification.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.
Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Prolonged or considerable walking or standing. Able to lift, position, or transfer patients. Able to lift supplies and equipment. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, or crouching. Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills.
Wage: $52 - $60 per hour
