What You'll Do
Responsibilities include:
Deliver patient-centered clinical care through assessments, treatment planning, follow-up care, and patient education within your scope of practice
Build and grow referral relationships with physicians, specialists, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other healthcare partners
Educate referral sources on LUX Infusion's services, treatment options, and patient eligibility criteria
Collaborate closely with clinical leadership, operations, marketing, business development, and provider partners
Identify new opportunities to expand referral networks and increase patient access to care
Represent LUX Infusion at community events, healthcare meetings, and professional conferences
Analyze referral trends and support strategic growth initiatives through data-informed recommendations
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational standards
Contribute to quality improvement efforts that enhance patient care and operational excellence
Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, accountability, and professionalism to every interaction
What We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you bring:
Required Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Current Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state
National Nurse Practitioner certification
Current BLS certification
DEA registration (where applicable)
Two to five years of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Proficiency with EMR pl
