About the role (What You’ll Be Doing) We’re currently looking for passionate Nurse Practitioners to help us support thousands of Australians with chronic conditions. Join our online medical support network of qualified specialists like yourself. You’ll have the ability to work from home or from our office in Sydney. This role is specifically focused on weekend coverage, with shifts primarily available on Saturdays and Sundays. It’s ideal for practitioners looking for consistent weekend work or supplementary hours alongside other commitments. Work the hours you want, taking open shifts that suit your schedule (with a minimum of 10 hours a week) Conduct telehealth consultations with patients, including assessing, screening, diagnosing and prescribing medication for patients as necessary Adhere to our platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training Provide an exceptional clinical experience for patients through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform About You (Who you are) Australian Citizen / Australian Permanent Resident / Temporary Resident Qualified Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration without restrictions Demonstrated experience in primary care conditions and tele-health experience is a big plus Ability to obtain a provider number in order to facilitate pathology testing only (No use of MBS attendance item numbers - refer and request only) Valid medical indemnity insurance. Skilled at using technology to deliver care and communicate with patients You can make timely and accurate referral decisions based on your clinical expertise; stressful situations don't phase you Communicating with patients, health professionals and team members comes naturally to you; you get the message across clear and concise Why join Eucalyptus?
