•Responsible for carrying out nursing services/care for patients in the Outpatient department in accordance with the quality of nursing services and safety of outpatients •Prepare facilities for smooth service and make it easier for patients/families to receive services, by: Arranging the safety and comfort of the room, Checking and ensuring that all required equipment is functioning properly and that medicines and other necessary health equipment are available and ready to use. •Providing nursing care using standard nursing practice: Carrying out emergency medical/nursing actions according to major health problems that require Outpatient services, Carrying out observations, monitoring the patient's health condition (general condition: physical, psychological, vital signs and main complaints) during the procedure and immediately after the action. •Helping patients before and during procedures by doctors, including: Preparing the patient both physically and psychologically, calming the patient, adjusting the patient's position. Provide a sense of security and comfort to the patient/family during the procedure. •Prepare patients who have completed procedures, including: Administrative needs, such as: instructions for home care, sick certificates, referral letters if necessary, and prescriptions for home use.
